This mess starts with Freddie and Fannie and the toxic crap they used to accept. I agree that it's easier to join the FBI than it is to get a mortgage. I am an insider as well. There is no way I would attempt to purchase a home.

Poor guy. It's not everyday that you lose your house to nature and all you can do is watch. There is no defense to lava - you just hope it doesn't come your way.

I have been facing age discrimination for at least five years but I cannot prove it. I knew this time would eventually come. I have been retraining for teaching and consulting, a profession occupied by older individuals.

I don't suppose the CEO of BP (British Pigs) would mind if a couple gallons spilled into his office - just like the oil-soaked wildlife can't do much about it; sit and wait for it to drain off - just like the fishermen are stuck with no way of life.
